How it works

We invite all Wightcable customers to login and access our Loyalty Scheme.  All you need to login is your Wightcable Account Name and Account Number and you can access the site as many times as your wish.  If you are experiencing any problems with your login please ensure you input your name and account number exactly as it reads on your Wightcable correspondence.  If you are still unable to log in please contact our dedicated Customer Service Team on (01983) 295050. 

How to redeem offers:

There are various types of offers on this site that require you to do different things. Some offers including the Free Days Out offer require you to have a printer so you can print off a physical vocuher for use at over 450 venues across the UK.

Other offers such as our offer from Smartbox require you to note a promotional code that you will need when purchasing from them. Once code is entered you will then gain your % discount. Some other offers have set up a pre discounted site for you to visit and use, here you will see precisely the discount you are getting as you shop.

Another type of offer is where you call a number and speak with a customer representative about what you would like making them aware of the promotional code you have been given on the site.
